● Franchise funding support services

● Introductions and matchmaking with lenders, funding partners, franchise systems, service providers, and third parties (“Partners”)

● Business debt relief

● Business advisory services

● Document intake, analysis, organization, and application facilitation

● Digital tools, analytics dashboards, communication portals, and customer interfaces

● Any future service Trinity develops or deploys

You acknowledge Trinity is NOT a lender and does not make credit decisions.

You agree to:

● Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information

● Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials

● Be solely responsible for all activity under your account

● Notify Trinity immediately of unauthorized access or breaches

You may not:

● Create multiple accounts

● Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes

● Access or attempt to access the accounts of others

Trinity may suspend or terminate your account at any time.

You acknowledge:

● Trinity may connect you with Partners

● Trinity does not control or guarantee the actions or decisions of Partners

● Trinity is not liable for funding decisions or Partner actions

● You release Trinity from all liability arising from Partner interactions

Trinity may receive compensation or financial benefit from Partners.

You grant Trinity a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:

● Use, store, display, reproduce, distribute, and process your data and documents

● Share your data with Partners for evaluation, underwriting, or service delivery

● Create derivative works for internal analytics or operational purposes

You represent you have all rights to the content you provide and that it does not violate any laws or third‑party rights.

Trinity does not guarantee:

● Service availability or uptime

● Error‑free operation

● Accuracy or completeness of information

● Any specific funding result

You assume all risks associated with use of the Service.

By using the Service, you consent to Trinity’s data collection, processing, analytics, and sharing practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may NOT use the Service to:

● Violate any law

● Misrepresent information

● Commit fraud or attempt to circumvent underwriting systems

● Upload malicious code

● Scrape, mine, or extract data

● Interfere with Service infrastructure

Violations may result in termination and legal action.

All Trinity software, branding, content, and materials are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws. You receive only a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Service. You may not reverse‑engineer, copy, modify, or distribute Trinity IP.

Trinity is not responsible for:

● Third‑party websites

● Partner services or decisions

● Third‑party data practices

Your interactions with third parties are at your own risk.

You represent that:

● You will comply with all laws in your jurisdiction

● You are not located in a sanctioned country

● You are not subject to U.S. export restrictions

You bear all responsibility for ensuring the legality of your activities globally.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Trinity harmless from all claims relating to:

● Your use of the Service

● Your User Content

● Your interactions with Partners

● Your breach of these Terms

● Your violation of any law or third‑party rights

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.”

TRINITY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

● Merchantability

● Fitness for a particular purpose

● Non‑infringement

● Accuracy

● Service availability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

● Trinity is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

● Trinity’s total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) fees paid in the past 12 months or (b) $100

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where prohibited, Trinity’s liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.

YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN:

● Class actions

● Collective actions

● Private attorney general actions

All claims must be brought individually.

All disputes shall be governed exclusively by Ohio law. All proceedings must occur in state or federal courts located in Scioto County, Ohio. You consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts and waive any argument related to venue or forum.

All legal claims must be filed within SIX (6) MONTHS of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims filed after one year are permanently barred.

Trinity may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.

Trinity may suspend or terminate your account or access at any time. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately expire.

You acknowledge that:

● Cross‑border data transfers may occur

● Trinity may operate or store data globally

● You waive all claims based on foreign jurisdiction consumer protections

● You agree that Ohio law exclusively governs your rights regardless of global location

● These Terms constitute the entire agreement

● Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver

● If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains enforceable

● You may not assign your rights without Trinity’s written consent; Trinity may assign freely
